Student Housing and Studio Building
Phase I of our campus expansion will feature state-of-the-art residence halls with lounges, activity rooms, and outdoor patios with fire pits, all offering stunning views of Pikes Peak. These spaces will create a welcoming environment where students can grow spiritually and build lifelong connections.
We are also building a cutting-edge studio with classrooms, offices, and a virtual production studio to equip students with modern tools for ministry. With breathtaking mountain views, this space will encourage creativity and help expand our global reach.
At an estimated cost of $68.5 million, your support will bring this vision to life, creating an inspiring campus where students can deepen their faith and impact the world for Christ.

Student Activity Center
Phase II of our expansion will focus on creating a dynamic Student Activity Center, offering a variety of spaces to enrich both the student experience and campus life.
It will feature a 1,000-seat food court, a 200-seat steakhouse, and an atrium café, all designed to foster community in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. With additional classrooms, a 1,500-seat lecture hall, a learning center, and VIP apartments, this new facility will provide essential resources for students and staff alike.
The Student Activity Center will also include underground parking, escalators, and a pedestrian bridge to ensure easy access and connectivity across campus.
With the infrastructure needed to support growing enrollment, this phase will further enhance the campus with modern amenities, contributing to a seamless and inspiring learning environment.
At an estimated cost of $192 million, your support will help make this exciting vision a reality, creating a hub for education, fellowship, and spiritual growth.

Phase II

Athletic Center, Hotel, and Bridge
Phase III of our expansion will create a world-class Athletic Center, Hotel, and bridge, providing students and guests with top-tier facilities. The $223 million Athletic Center will include a state-of-the-art ice arena, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, a bowling alley, climbing wall, running track, and areas for cardio and weightlifting.
This facility will offer students a wide range of opportunities for physical activity, competition, and community events, complete with a jumbotron and scoreboard for large gatherings. The $81 million Hotel and Conference Center will feature 175 guest rooms, a ballroom, café, restaurant, and multiple boardrooms, providing a beautiful space for conferences, events, and visiting families. With modern amenities and ample parking, the Hotel will ensure comfort and convenience for all guests.
Additionally, a bridge and connector road will enhance campus accessibility, linking key areas with pedestrian sidewalks for easy navigation. This phase will not only support student well-being but also transform the campus into a premier destination for events and gatherings.

Phase III

Performing Arts Center, Add’l Housing, and More
Phase IV of our expansion envisions a vibrant Performing Arts Center and additional student and family housing, designed to enhance both community life and cultural engagement.
While plans for the Performing Arts Center are still in development, it could feature a large auditorium for plays, concerts, and other performances, as well as rehearsal spaces and smaller theaters for more intimate productions.
This center will provide a creative hub for students and the community, celebrating the arts in a space that fosters both talent and expression. This phase also includes single-family housing with sixty new buildings, offering a mix of single-family homes, duplexes, and fourplexes to accommodate staff and families.
In addition, $126 million will be dedicated to expanding student housing with seven new residence halls, along with landscaping and site work to integrate these facilities seamlessly into the campus.
